Cobalt Receives 3 Star Status from Best Companies

Cobalt has been awarded with ‘Three Star Status’ by Best Companies. The accreditation is based on a star rating system where one star is first class, two stars are outstanding, and three stars are extraordinary.  This year, 434 organisations registered for 'Star Status' with only 42 achieving three stars.

The star status rating was determined by employee responses to an opinion survey specifically designed to measure employee engagement. All of Cobalt's employees undertook this survey, responding to questions based around workplace engagement factors including; leadership, well being, management, company culture, personal growth, community input and fair treatment. The three star result is proof that Cobalt’s employees feel engaged in their work, valued by their management and motivated by the reward system in place.

Tim Rowe, Director of Cobalt Recruitment comments on the accreditation; "Recruitment is a hectic profession, our employees work hard to be the best in their field. We ensure challenging targets are set and high service levels are maintained, as a result we reward our staff well for their efforts. It is reassuring to know that our staff are engaged at work, as a happy workplace makes a productive workplace."

Cobalt now look forward to the release of The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for list in March to see how they measures up against the best employers in the UK.
