Two Senior Lettings Negotiator Roles – Dulwich Village & Park Hill – South-West London

Our client is looking for Senior Lettings Negotiators or high-calibre Negotiators to work within a niche domineering independent Estate Agents in London. These opportunities are situated in South-East London which benefits from the South East London Line. Boasting attractive OTEs of £35,000+ with a basic salary of £15k, this role allows for career progression and the scope to generate a large commission.

This role includes:

• Management of applicants
• Arranging and conducting viewings and negotiating the selling of properties
• Selling new and existing stock to applicants and promoting new properties
• Driving towards target-based objectives

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience and market knowledge within South-East London with experience in a similar role.
• Have a proven track record of fee-earning abilities
• Be enthusiastic and passionate about property sales
• Be well-presented and proactive
• Have a driving license
