MRICS Property Manager, Midlands based; Up to £32,000 plus benefits

A capable property manager is required to oversee the day to day running of a commercial portfolio based across the West Midlands. This is a key position for a long term and loyal client and therefore requires someone with demonstrable experience of managing and reconciling service charge budgets, all matters relating to health and safety, L&T, refurbishments projects and managing external agents.

A confident individual, you must be client facing, self-motivated and disciplined in order to manage this key account. Ideally you will have gained relevant experience in either a private practice or client led organisation.
