Cobalt's Finance Division has grown to naturally support the sectors in which we specialise and the global nature of business. Our consultants therefore specialise in recruiting into the infrastructure, real estate and energy finance sectors on an international basis.

Cobalt's expertise lies in recruiting into predominantly front office positions for buy-side, sell-side and advisory firms. As the market has evolved so have we. Working across the UK, Europe and the Middle East our highly trained and focused consultants recruit professionals, from analyst to C-level, into clients across the infrastructure, real estate and energy sectors. Our sector understanding is broad and includes such diverse areas as European real estate asset management, UK PFI, Global energy investment and workouts/restructuring.
