Contaminated Land Consultant
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with our client, a well respected Property and Infrastructure consultancy based in the heart of London, with offices in the UK and internationally. They are recruiting for a Principle Contaminated Land Consultant to work in their Contaminated Land team on a contract basis.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
• Technical delivery of contaminated land projects to a range of clients including the energy sector.
• Proposal and bid preparation
• Project set up and project team briefing
• Resource and financial management
• Technical delivery including report review
• Project close out / feedback
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of management and delivery of contaminated land assessment on gas work sites alongside a working knowledge of NEC 3 Form of Contract.
A science degree in environment, earth science, hydro geology or similar with a knowledge or working background in the field of brownfield regeneration is essential.
All candidates will be expected to have an in depth understanding of all aspects of the assessment of brownfield land for regeneration processes and the various reports and assessments.
Interviews for this position will be reviewed and arranged for January 2010.
