A global property consultancy are currently looking for a Commercial Manager to join their London team to assist the technical delivery team and work closely with project teams and other key stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience and will be responsible for forecasting and monitoring, advising on types of contracts, contract administration and develop and maintain client relationships. Ideally you will be RICS qualified or possess an equivalent qualification. Furthermore, you will deal with confidential financial information and you will be responsible for cashflow and payment processes.
