An international property fund manager is to launch two major European funds this year: one core and one value add, both across all commercial sectors and pan European. In order to execute the fund strategy successfully our client requires an experienced Fund Manager. The successful candidate would have had exposure to at least two major European markets, a successful track record in acquiring and disposing of assets in all market conditions (not just within the bumper years of 2004-2007) and a proven ability in identifying value adding initiatives.
