Associate Director, Real Estate Finance

Our client is looking for an outstanding Real Estate Finance professional to lead a lending transactions team.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for overseeing loan due diligence, instructing legal and surveying professionals,leading loan negotiations, execution and post transaction management.
You will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of outstanding professionals.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated, experienced in Real estate investment and development lending transactions, with strong analytical ability and outstanding leadership skills.
This is not a business development position but shall strong communication and client relationship management skills as the successful candidate to take responsibility for a number of high profile relationships.
