Asset Manager-Property Company
£40000 - £53000 per annum + pension, healthcare, 25 days hol, bonus

A well known, well regarded Property Company on the West End are looking to hire an Asset Manager to work on a predominantly Office portfolio, valued at c £120m.
The Role:
• Working directly under the Head of Investment, you will assist not only in the asset management of the investment portfolio but assist with expansion of the Investment Management/Fund Management Business.
• Set and implement the asset strategy and be heavily involved in the sale and acquisition of investment properties, which will be office and industrial.
• Ensure all asset management initiatives and enhancement opportunities are being exploited.
The Person:
• MRICS is essential with some post qualification experience in asset management
• Financially literate and experienced in Excel Modelling and Circle Investor
• Experience of Office sector
