Residential Block Property Manager
£28000 - £33000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join this well established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Dorset. The role is for an experienced Residential Block Property Manager to join this friendly but professional and successful firm.
Being a firm of Chartered Surveyors, there will be mixed use/commercial elements to the portfolio and the possibility to progress further into commercial should the successful candidate demonstrate ability and desire.
Duties within the role shall include but not be limited to:
• Regular site inspections, ensuring the portfolio meets necessary health and safety requirements
• Resident and contractor liaison
• The handling of day to day maintenance and repairs issues on the portfolio
• Overseeing major projects and ‘Section 20 notices’
• To hold and when necessary chair AGM, EGM and RMC meetings
• The preparation of Service Charge Budgets, liaising with the accounts department
• Handle any insurance issues and /or claims, ensuring all properties are adequately insured
Our clients are looking for an experienced, well presented and articulate candidate to join this well established company. IRPM qualification would be ideal although not essential as would RICS accreditation, good IT literacy combined with a sound knowledge of leases and accounts are however essential
