An opportunity has arisen within a global property consultancy for a qualified Building Surveyor in their London office. The successful candidate will have experience in producing planned and preventative maintenance plans, dilapidations, due diligence, report writing, contract administration, party wall, building pathology, stock condition surveys and Project Management.
This position is for an immediate start with the possibility of becoming permanent.
