A bespoke high-end interior design company requires a confident, meticulous and organised Project Coordinator. Being a small, personable yet professional and cutting edge office it is important the successful applicant is able to work largely unsupervised and take full responsibility for their own workload.
Attention to detail is critical to this role as you will be responsible for all back office consultation and correspondence on projects from inception to completion.
This will involve:
Responding to initial enquiries
Structuring and compiling quotes
Liaising with architects and project managers throughout the consultation process Raising of invoices
Due to nature of the industry and clientele you will need to be highly adaptable to changing requirements and demands. This require flexibility without sacrificing accuracy and expedience.
