Senior Management Surveyor

A medium sized practice in the West End is seeking a Senior Management Surveyor to report into the head of department and lead a team of 4 Surveyors. This practice provides a wide range of real estate services including property management, asset management, valuation, business rates and lease advisory.
The current post sits within their management team which has been hugely successful in the past 2 years. You will be the account manager for 2 key investor clients, managing a portfolio with over 150 tenancies. The main focus of the role will be to identify asset management opportunities in these portfolios through surrenders, lease negotiations and re-gears. In addition to this you will be responsible for the day to day management of the portfolio, however you will have support with this.
My client is seeking a management surveyor with the flair to identify asset management opportunities whilst also dealing with the day to day management of the portfolios. An MRICS qualified candidate is desirable although not essential. You will possess a proven track record in managing commercial properties with exposure to managing lease renewals and rent reviews.
