Property Manager

A large private landlord is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their office in West London.

The successful candidate will need to have strong general practice experience with a particular practice in property management within London or across the UK. The role would include but not limited to:

• Overseeing landlord and tenant proceedings
• Negotiation and management of lettings and rent reviews
• Negotiating lease renewals
• Dealing with applications for licenses, deeds of variation, wayleave agreements etc.
• Instructing, liaising, and working in conjunction with solicitors / surveyors / agents / bailiffs where and when necessary.
• Liaising with in-house building surveyors / engineers and management surveyors as necessary on major works projects on mixed use properties. Similarly alongside residential management surveyors in respect of issues that jointly concern both residential and commercial properties.
It would be desirable for the successful candidate to be qualified and have access to their own car.
