Part Time - 3 Days a week

Our client is a leading Property Company who manages commercial and retail units. This is an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join an established, dynamic team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Scanning and registering invoices on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring and documenting any unauthorised invoices.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Dealing with queries from both colleagues and suppliers.
  • BACS and CHAPS runs.
  • Helping surveyors file documents and that they are all filed correctly.
  • Assisting with any other ad hoc duties.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous experience in Property.
  • Excellent use of property management system Tramps

The successful candidate needs to be a person who uses initiative, is client facing and ready for a challenge.
