Project Director - Residential Developments - Specialist Consultancy - Central London

Salary up to £90,000 (dependent on the individual).

This is a very rare opportunity for a professional Project Manager/Project Director to join a highly established and well renowned consultancy based in the city. They work very closely with a number of the UK's top developers and private equity firms and have a huge pipeline of prestigious residential developments.

You will have the opportunity to be heavily involved on one of London's most prestigious £100 million + residential-led mixed use regeneration scheme.

As a top organisation within the market you will be able to maintain and develop client relationships and progress your career amongst like minded individuals. This would suit a Project Manager from Senior/Associate/Associate Director/Project Director level looking to focus on the residential market.

Project Director Requirements:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM.
  • Residential development experience.
  • Experience working for a consultancy, developer or house builder.
  • Excellent communication skills.
