Quantity Surveyor

Work with the strategic real estate consulting team of a leading top 10 global business. This real estate advisor specialises in the commercial, corporate and Government occupier spaces and are looking to expand their Cost Management/commercial management advisory team to accommodate their pipe-line of upcoming projects. They are looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor that is ready to take a step in their career into cost management strategy and join their London HQ. The successful person will work on an array of different portfolio classes and manage a number of high profile schemes for their prestigious London based clients.

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £60,000

Health, Pension, package allowance and additional benefits

Job Role;

This commercially based advisory business is focused on the delivery of high profile projects and strategic consulting with their clients on a number of short to medium term assignments. Their work is a mix of new tendered business and support of the wider goals of the real-estate group. This candidate will have the opportunity to be part of a close team of cost consultants but work across departments of a larger, leading international business.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will utilise their cost management knowledge of real estate construction in high level advising to clients on potential developments or their current real-estate asset portfolio. You will need to be dynamic, handle projects autonomously and be comfortable working in a small close knit team. There is great opportunity for career progression and development as the team actively expands at all levels of this client focused corporate consultancy.

Requirements:

  • MRICS Qualification
  • Ability to manage a team and work independently to a professional standard
  • Good experience within a number of industry sectors
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication and management skills
  • Ideally based in or near London
  • Actively seeks out continuous self development, broadening knowledge and experience
