Our client is an international engineering design consultancy with a global built environment foot print spanning forty six countries. Their integrated approach connects global expertise with local perspective, bringing together the right disciplines and resources to deliver innovative solutions that do more for clients and communities. The regional HQ in Asia is Singapore and are currently looking for their Regional Safety Director.

Reporting to the director of operations, Southeast Asia your primary function as the Safety Director, Southeast Asia (SEA) is to ensure continuous improvement of SH&E systems and processes on all projects throughout the SEA Region. You will ensure that the SH&E standards are compliant to the local regulatory bodies in the different regions of operations. You will also design and deploy continuous improvement programs to develop a strong culture of corporate safety in the office and the construction sites.

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 15 years technical experience in SH&E related positions with a minimum of 10 years management experience and 5 years in a national or regional leadership role. Additionally you will show demonstrated ability to develop, implement and improve OH&S and environmental management systems, policies and procedures.
