Senior Structural Engineer - Team Leader $150k+

The Company:
North island based, multi-disciplinary engineering and surveying consultancy that have recently started a Christchurch branch and are experiencing a good amount of success in the local market. They’re big enough to handle large projects and small enough to treat their employees as individuals. They pride themselves on hiring candidates who will contribute to their strong culture.

The Opportunity:
They’re looking for someone to lead and manage the Christchurch Structural Engineering team. The position will cover all areas from developing and building client relationships to leading the detailed design. You’ll start with a balance of existing work and developing new opportunities, with plenty of support from other offices. Eventually, you will become a key part of the business and in charge of selecting and growing the Structural team locally.

About you:
• Local experience and an interest in business development.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and strong communicator.
• BEng with a focus on Structural.
• Being chartered (CPEng) will be an advantage.
