Large scale mixed use development
Our client is an international developer partnering with the Singapore Government to spearhead the rejuvenation of an integrated theme park and nature heritage precinct in Singapore. The proposed development is expected to be completed in phases and will be a multi-generation endeavour that will bring together Architecture, urban planning and sustainability expertise. They are currently looking to bring on board their AVP for their water division.
The AVP is responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of Sustainable water programmes and initiatives. You will develop programmes, advocate for sustainability practices, identify, promote and monitor sustainability initiatives. You will also facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, agencies, and research institutes. Additionally you will work with other workstreams to ensure that sustainable water re-use and management principles are incorporated into all aspects of the development. Will also be responsible for research into water re-use and sustainability theory and its application strategies for the development including both active and passive designs.
With an advanced degree in Environmental Sciences or related fields you will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in this field. To be successful in this role you will possess a solid understanding of water sustainability theory and its application and have a strong background in grants, R&D, technology evaluation, and familiarity with local agencies/authorities.
