Our Client is a one of the top Investment Funds in the world with over US$50B of assets under management. They are currently seeking an AVP – Private Investments Administrator to manage the deal flows and be the point of contact for all deal-related queries.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all assigned investments to ensure smooth operations between all internal and external parties
  • Tracking the progress of comments resolution
  • Respond to queries from the deal teams
  • Interact with internal counsel, external lawyers to coordinate proper documentation
  • Ensure that all transactions are closed and or funded on time
  • Maintain and report on closing pipeline
  • Liaise with the deal teams on timing of new investment approvals and closing requirements
  • Respond to queries on KYC /AML and Due Diligence Matters
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of closing documentation onto internal systems and circulation within relevant teams members
  • Responsible for completeness of records by ensuring all due diligence files for all deals are uploaded to the document management system regularly
  • Respond to queries on structure and documentation as requested
  • Opportunistic ad-hoc additional tasks or projects


  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent in an Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law discipline
  • Professional Qualifications such as CPA, CA, CFA, LLB will be advantageous
  • Minimally 5 years working experience in a mid-office role in a top tier fund administration company or investment bank
  • Candidates from a law / paralegal background will also be seriously considered
  • Technical expertise of funds and investment structures preferred but not essential
  • Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills, must be able to work will with a cross-border multicultural team
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task
