My client is a leading investment company with a global footprint across more than 40 countries that owns and manages real estate assets in diverse property sectors including hotels, retail, residential, industrial and office.


They are seeking to bring on board an Investment Risk Management Professional to improve the efficiency of risk taking and to offer different perspectives on investment risk and performance.


They are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven individual with investment and research experience who would be keen to build their career in investment risk management.


Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and monitoring risks within the portfolio and providing advice on sizable investment deals using quantitative and qualitative measures.
  • Conducting research on market developments and assessing impact to investments.
  • Delivering risk and performance management messages to stakeholders and partnering with front office associates in highlighting issues to the Board.


You will have outstanding analytical and quantitative skills, as well as a solid grasp of investment risk management. You will be resourceful and motivated, with strong organization skills.


You will have a good Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics or Economics, with minimum 5 years experience in real estate investment (office, retail, hotels, residential, industrial). You must possess strong knowledge of the financial services industry and a keen understanding of real estate investments. You should also demonstrate good report writing and communication skills and be an excellent communicator who can articulate your ideas in a succinct manner.
