Senior FX Sales (Turkey)

My client global FX sales team is based in the Middle East and regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE. Each sales person has responsibility for a diverse range of clients, products and currency pairs.

The role will be responsible for driving Institutional Sales for the region, coming up with innovative ways to drive institutional sales across the region.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage in all sales activities and be an ambassador for the company – this person will be active on sales accounts and will be an active volume producer
  • Research new market opportunities
  • Map out potential customers & competitors
  • Contact and qualify leads
  • Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects
  • Provide status reports to management on overall sales and activities
  • Set up and coordinate client meetings and conferences
  • Update all sales activity in company CRM on timely basis
  • Other duties as required


  • Bachelor Degree or Equivalent


  • 5 years of experience in a FX Sales Position
  • Experience working in an Trading/Brokerage environment
  • Solid and international employment history in Tier 1 Institutions / Brokerage Houses
  • Must have existing portfolio and/or current trading clients

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of microeconomic fundamentals and geopolitical events

• Strong analytic background with ability to think through complex problems in real time

• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

• Understanding of the Turkish financial market - Mandatory

Fluency in Turkish is Mandatory
