HR Manager (International Law Firm)

 

The Company

Our client is one of the leading international law firms who is expanding their HR team to look for a potential 2nd in-charge to help manage their desk here in Singapore.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working alongside the office manager and the partners;
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (to include initial interviews and exit interviews), employee relations, benefits, performance management and employee engagement;
  • Implementing and developing HR structures across the firm;
  • Provide guidance and expertise in all employee relations matters;
  • Contribute to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems;
  • Mentor/coach department heads / supervisors to improve human resources skill management.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess excellent “people” skills;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Sound HR generalist experience;
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships with employees;
  • Strong communication skills (Oral and Written);
  • Knowledge / experience of the legal industry preferred but not necessary.
