Our client is a boutique commercial and residential property agency, specialising in high end properties to buy and rent in Chelsea, Brook Green Kensington, Notting Hill and the surrounding areas.

The role that they are currently recruiting for is an Office Coordinator. This person will report in to the Sales Manager and Director, and will be responsible for Sales and Lettings administration including;

  • Produce sales and lettings lists
  • Send out instruction and valuation letters
  • Create brochures for sales and lettings properties
  • Order window cards for sales and lettings department
  • General office maintenance including ordering office supplies

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience;

  • Previous Estate Agency administration experience
  • Personable and pro active nature
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication skills
