Property Administrator/Team Secretary

Our client is a highly successful multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Bristol. They are seeking a Property Administrator/Team Secretary for their Property and Asset Management team. This is a key role to the smooth running of the day to day compliance and admin processes and the key responsibilities of this position will include;

  • Formatting and preparing Word and Excel based reports
  • A small amount of audio typing
  • Assisting with accounts
  • Preparing tenders
  • Diary Management
  • Filing information
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the department

Key Skills/Experience Required;

  • Commercial Property administration support experience or legal side of residential property
  • Strong numerical and grammar skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
