We are working exclusively with Augusta to appoint a dynamic, career minded individual in an Assistant Asset Manager position, based in their offices in New Plymouth, Taranaki.
Augusta Capital Limited is a NZX Listed Property Funds Manager that is the market leader in its sector. Founded in 2001, Augusta Capital now has two distinct divisions; Direct property investment, managing and holding a core portfolio of properties, and Funds management, where it is the market leader in commercial property syndication with funds under management over $1.6 Billion across 135 properties throughout New Zealand and Australia.
Reporting to the Asset Manager the role will involve maintaining key stakeholder relationships with clients and operational personnel to ensure effective management and service is delivered on a day to day basis. Managing assets across New Zealand and Australia, travel will be involved to manage and maintain property standards. In this role you will have direct exposure to:
- Lease administration,
- Tenant/property issues,
- Adding value,
- Due diligence,
- Maximising revenue,
- Repairs or maintenance and
- Project’s for all properties.
We are looking for a recent graduate that has 1-2 years property experience. You will have a Property Degree, be able to demonstrate communication skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to multi task. Contribution to the team environment, initiative, and an understanding of property and passion for the industry is also of high importance.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a connection to the Taranaki Region (perhaps you grew up there, or you have strong family/friend ties there, and wish to relocate).
