Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join its property management team based in Central London.
Well established in the West End and London as a market leader in all aspects of residential property management, this bespoke chartered surveying practise is offering one professional the opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of high end properties in London's zones 1 and 2.
Having just won a substantial portfolio, our client is in a stage of natural growth and is looking to bring on an Assistant Property Manager with previous block management experience to help support the property management team.
To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess strong communication and relationship management skills. In this high tempo environment you will shadow a senior property manager, learning how to best manage your portfolio and receive the necessary training to achieve your IRPM and relevant qualifications.
Previous experience in property management is required, with a solid understanding of block property management procedures, in order to deliver a quality management service to the portfolio of residential properties. Skills include;
- Strong knowledge of service charge budget formulation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong knowledge of section 20 notice processes and major works
- Have experience chairing or attending AGMs and EGMs
- An ability to deal with difficult people and resolve conflict effectively
- Ideally be IRPM qualified
