My client is a growing Town Planning & Development advisor whose business has gone from strength to strength since their inception over twenty years ago. They are now offering a unique opportunity for a proven Town Planner to join their Head Office. This appointment is integral to the continued development and success of the group and the appointed Town Planning Director will work closely with the Executive Board in the delivery of future business objectives and growth plans. Upon an expected qualifying period, there will be an opportunity to move to equity status.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Development of the client base including oversight of existing client instructions and development of client opportunities.
  • Managing the workloads and professional development of the planning staff and ensuring that the required standards are met.
  • Joint management of the Office including client accounts, budgeting and income projections.
  • Contributing to Companywide business and development strategy.
  • Accountability to the Executive Board.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the abilities and potential of the successful candidate and will include a competitive salary, performance linked bonus scheme, access to the Company pension scheme, health insurance and a number of other fringe benefits. Planners from both the public and private sector will be given full and fair consideration for this senior hire.
