Our client, an international real estate company, are seeking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager for a large global account.
You would have minimum 5 to 8 years of facilities management experience in Integrated Facilities Management for an international business and strong experience in the maintenance of commercial and office building, as well as management of soft services including front-desk, housekeeping and security. You would lead a team in day to day operations and prepare checklists, quotations, Request for Proposals (RFP), service agreements, invoices and contracts.
You would help maintain a good relationship between tenants and vendors, manage projects and A&A works, as well as lead on space planning and cost tracking.
You will have a relevant Degree in M&E Engineering or Facilities/Building Management, with minimum 5 to 8 years of managerial experience in Property and Facilities Management in Singapore with the proven ability to lead a team. You must also be technically strong with good exposure to facilities management and should also possess excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). In addition, you must have strong business negotiation skills.
