Following an internal promotion, a Property Analyst position has become available within one of New Zealand's premium Property Vehicles.  Goodman Property Trust owns a $2.5 billion portfolio of leading Commercial and Industrial assets.  Their quality assets are home to some of NZ's leading businesses; Air New Zealand, Fletcher Building, New Zealand Post, and Genesis Energy to name a few.  The team environment at Goodman is world class, and the culture is supportive, dynamic, and driven in its service and performance.

Core responsibilities and tasks in this role include, Portfolio Analysis; Managing the Trust’s property forecasting function using in-house systems and applications; Providing portfolio and property specific statistics to senior management; Assisting in the property budgeting and revaluation process; and Analysis of capital expenditure projects;

  • Property / Finance Degree (NZ equivalent status);
  • Experience – 1 year – ideally Property related in some capacity;
  • Communications skills, written and verbally;
  • Knowledge/Use of Microsoft Excel;
  • Proactive nature; and
