Our client is looking for a bright, enthusiastic and hard working individual to join their property management team based in West London,
Well established in the industry, our client is a bespoke chartered surveying practise who manages both commercial and residential properties London. They are seeking a management professional to look after a newly won residential portfolio. This is a new build portfolio is comprised of approximately 400 units.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and possess strong communication and relationship management skills. It is also important that you have previous experience in the industry, with an understanding of block property management processes.
This new role is fairly autonomous so you must be able to demonstrate leasehold knowledge in the following areas:
- Setting of service charge budgets
- Serving of section 20 notices and major works processes
- Chairing or attending of AGMs and EGMs
- An ability to deal with difficult people and resolve conflict effectively
- Ideally hold an IRPM qualification.
Alongside a healthy salary package our client will also endorse your training towards an IRPM and RICS qualification. What's more as a chartered surveying practise, our client may also support you through your APC studies.
