The Role:

  • Day-to-day management of a national portfolio including the supervision of property management agents
  • Managing and processing tenant enquiries, including applications
  • Liaison with centre hosts/managers on operations of the portfolio
  • Managing cost control across the portfolio - specifically common area service charge expenditure
  • Managing compliance with H&S regulations
  • Liaison with the Acquisition team to prepare and update development appraisals
  • Liaison with the Management team to prepare and update property valuations
  • Propose value add initiatives across the portfolio taking into account the business plan and commercial viability

The Individual:

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • MRICS with knowledge of valuations/development appraisals (Circle)
  • Demonstrable commercial awareness of property market, market norms and best practice
  • A desire to work in a non-institutional, results focused environment
  • Be able to interact and engage with non-property focused and highly creative occupiers
