Cobalt is looking for an experienced property professional to fill an exciting role as a Regional Property Manager.

It is essential that interested individual's possess strong leadership and staff management skills, along with an in-depth knowledge of the property industry and its processes.

In this role, those interested will manage a portfolio of residential properties in North and West London, while also managing a team of staff.

The Regional Manager is expected to maintain regular contact with clients and directors and is responsible in ensuring departmental deadlines and service standards are met. Other duties include monitoring team performance and acting as first point of reference for questions or discussions concerning department portfolio.

Our client have recently come under new management, and with new financial backing, have big plans for the future. This position brings with it a view of the selected professional to progress to a directors position.

Interested individuals are expected to demonstrate extreme professionalism and diligence in order to succeed, in what at times can be a challenging role. Candidates must have previous experience working as a property manager, and possess the following attribute;

  • MIRPM or AssocRICS qualification
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of service charge budget formulation
  • Strong knowledge of section 20 notice processes and major works
  • An ability to deal with difficult people and resolve conflict effectively
