Regarded as one of the leading valuation practices nationwide, this NZ real estate business has an ever-increasing demand for their services across the retail, office and industrial property investment market.  Well known within the industry, they hold a strong reputation for providing consistent and professional Valuation reporting.

You will be joining a high functioning team with strong support from administrators and switched-on graduate valuers through to reputable senior valuers, and will be starting with a guaranteed pipeline of commercial work from day one.  This Auckland based office has retained team members for long periods of time and parallels their welcoming and supportive culture.

This is a salary-based position with a commission based-component.  It is expected that you will currently be delivering fees upwards of $250 - $300k per year, with motivations towards team leadership and Directorship, as this is certainly part of the plan for this position and new person in the role.

  • 2-5 years post registration and ANZIV Status in Commercial Valuation (Mandatory)
  • Ability to maintain and build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • The energy to provide timely quality services to clients
