Facilities Coordinator jobs

Our Facilities Management team places Facilities Coordinators in the UK, with the majority of our clients hiring in London, the North West and the South East.

For over a decade, our FM team has been working with HR advisors, Internal Recruiters and senior FM professionals across the property sector that often need support from a Facilities Coordinator. This could be working in house or alternatively for a managing agent. A managing agent is a person or company appointed by the freeholder of a property, or a management company, to manage that property.

Our clients tend to look for professionals who have strong interpersonal skills as you are likely to be following up on outstanding works for a property, liaising with Building Management teams or organising quotations from external parties for engineering matters. Employers also tend to look for individuals with excellent time management and organisational skills with a good understanding of service charge budgets.
