The Construction team within Cobalt Recruitment covers three main professional disciplines: Project Management, Building Surveying and professional Quantity Surveying. In line with the rest of the business, we recruit vertically from newly qualified to partner/Director level. Our key clients are multi disciplinary consultancies, development companies and non property companies such as large corporate organisations and retailers.

The team itself is made up of experienced consultants, their market knowledge and long standing relationships with both clients and candidates is key to identifying the right opportunities for the right individual, whether they are sourced on a contingency or executive search basis.
