We need ambitious, target focussed individuals who want to work with the best in real estate recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is not essential; indeed some of our most successful consultants have been part or fully qualified surveyors or worked in media sales, graduate training schemes and estate agency.
Working in a commission based environment you will have uncapped earning potential. Our in-house training and structured external courses enable you to learn both on the job from those who have worked in the sector for a number of years and from leading industry trainers and coaches.

I was very keen to remain within property but wanted something more exciting and financially rewarding so decided to explore recruitment. I have now been with Cobalt for two years and could not have made a better decision. I have gained broad exposure to the property market and have a very wide client base from UK consultancies to European Funds and Banks which has enabled me to work on some very senior level projects both in the UK and abroad.
