About the Role

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional - ideally with 1-3 years of experience or a recent accounting graduate - who wants to build a long-term career in real estate accounting. You'll work closely with senior finance leadership and gain broad exposure to financial reporting, operations, and general ledger accounting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and assist with month-end close
  • Record and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll entries
  • Support budgeting, financial reporting, and ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain accurate records across property and corporate entities
  • Collaborate with senior accounting staff to streamline financial processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internship experience considered)
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with Yardi Voyager a plus
  • Highly organized, analytical, and eager to learn

The Fair Market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $60,000 and $70,000 annually.
