Summary
We are currently seeking a Property Manager to assist in the daily operations of multiple properties in Ulster County NY. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in Affordable Housing, gaining hands-on experience in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, and building a strong foundation for growth within the role and industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Affordable Housing properties, ensuring full occupancy and smooth management of all activities.
• Assist LIHTC compliance, including timely and accurate annual re-certifications.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all needs are handled efficiently.
• Prepare and submit required State and County reports, maintaining compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a positive community atmosphere by maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Implement operational best practices to drive property performance and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous property management experience is preferred.
• Skilled in office software programs (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, and database systems
• Familiarity with LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements a plus
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
