Construction Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential and hospitality projects from pre-development through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and project execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout.
• Support acquisitions with cost estimating, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Develop scopes of work, manage bidding, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and value engineering initiatives.
• Oversee construction progress, quality, safety, RFIs, submittals, and document control.
• Review payment applications, manage change orders, permitting, inspections, and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate project turnover, commissioning, punch list completion, and final closeout documentation.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of construction project management experience with high-rise residential, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

• Bluebeam
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software)
• AutoCAD (viewer or higher)
