What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary field lead on a ground-up, multi-building affordable housing campus from mobilization through TCO
• Manage superstructure operations - block & plank structural system experience is required
• Sequence and coordinate 10+ subcontractors across all scopes: structural, MEP, envelope, and interiors
• Drive scheduling, manpower, site logistics, and milestone tracking daily
• Coordinate DOB, HPD, and city/state agency inspections and approvals
• Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, clean, organized jobsite
• Maintain daily logs and field reports in Procore
• Oversee and mentor Superintendent I and Assistant Superintendents on site
• Manage punchlist, turnover, and full closeout

Requirements

• NYC DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent - name on the permit as superintendent of record
• 10-15+ years NYC GC-side construction experience on ground-up multifamily
• Block & plank or reinforced concrete structural experience - hard requirement
• Strong knowledge of DOB regulations, HPD requirements, and NYC agency coordination
• Union and prevailing wage experience
• Proven ability to run a large, complex NYC jobsite independently

Preferred

• Affordable housing, NYCHA, or HPD project experience
• High-rise NYC multifamily experience
• Passive House construction experience
• Procore proficiency
• OSHA 30
• Degree in construction management or engineering

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 - $275,000 based on experience
