About the Role
A leading B2B organization is seeking an FP&A Manager to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis across a dynamic, multi-channel operation. Based on Long Island, this role partners closely with senior leadership and business teams to drive financial insights, manage reporting cadence, and support corporate strategy through strong modeling and data interpretation.
About the FP&A Manager role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
- Build and maintain financial models and dashboards
- Analyze variances and communicate key trends
- Support pricing, margin, and vendor cost analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with data teams on reporting tools
Ideal Background:
- 4-7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
- Strong Excel and modeling skills
- Experience with ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
- Background in wholesale, distribution, or similar industries a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
The Fair market Assumption for this role's base salary is between $90,000 and $120,000 annually.
The above salary range represents Cobalt's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards package this client provides to employees.
