Overview
We are hiring a Project Administrator to support multifamily construction projects. This is a primarily in office role focused on documentation, coordination, and administrative support for project teams. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction with a stable, growing general contractor.
Responsibilities
Provide in office administrative support to Project Managers and field teams
Manage project documentation using Procore
Process submittals, change orders, RFIs, and daily reports
Maintain organized project files, logs, and tracking reports
Assist with project closeout documentation
Coordinate internally with project and accounting teams as needed
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in construction administration or project support
Experience working for a general contractor strongly preferred
Procore experience required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working full time in an office environment
Looking for a long-term role, not short-term project work
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000-$80,000
