About the Role
The Architect is a responsible for the issuance and content of deliverables, technical content of documents, coordination of disciplines, including consultants, and other project documents. In collaboration with the Project Manager, the Architect is also responsible to help with implementation of Construction Phase Services and securing QA reviews, and the im plementation of comments. The Architect works on multiple complex, large-scale projects or several smaller projects.Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture
- Professional license required
- Environmental accreditation preferred
- 7+ years' experience in interior architectural practice with management experience in all phases of projects from proposal through construction administration
- Advanced knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and architectural building systems
- Thorough understanding of project work plans, schedules, staffing, and budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects of a complex scope
- Proficient technical expertise in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Design Smart, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and other design tools; some Revit experience preferred
- Experience in client management, project management, and negotiations
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines
- Highly effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Dedicated management and leadership skills
Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000
