About the Role

We are an established general contractor with 30 years of experience delivering multifamily residential developments across Westchester County and the Hudson Valley. We are hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead one of our flagship ground-up residential projects in Croton-on-Hudson from preconstruction through closeout.

This is a high-ownership seat. The right person runs the full project lifecycle, leads from the front, and consistently delivers on schedule, budget, and quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead a ground-up multifamily residential project from preconstruction through closeout, with full ownership of schedule, budget, and quality
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee design coordination, budgeting, procurement, permitting, and construction oversight
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders
• Drive project schedules, proactively mitigate risks, and maintain accountability across all stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with the development and ownership teams through every phase of the build

What You'll Need

• 10+ years managing ground-up residential construction projects (multifamily preferred)
• Proven track record running large-scale residential developments end-to-end
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Proficiency in Procore and construction management tools
• Familiarity with Westchester County / Hudson Valley market, codes, and inspection processes
• A leadership mindset rooted in accountability and ownership
