Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of about 20 condo and co op properties across NYC

• Lead property assistants who handle day to day operations

• Maintain strong relationships with boards residents and vendors

• Conduct routine site visits and ensure all buildings operate smoothly

• Manage budgets capital projects vendor coordination and regulatory compliance

• Contribute to an environment that is energetic supportive and collaborative

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing condo and co op properties in NYC

• Strong communication leadership and organizational abilities
