About the Opportunity
An employee owned real estate developer and general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a large scale ground up affordable multifamily development in Westchester County.
Working closely with the Project Manager, you will oversee all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover, coordinating subcontractors, self performed crews, and daily operations to ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead all onsite construction activities from sitework through project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, self performed crews, inspections, and daily site logistics.
- Drive project schedule, quality, and safety performance.
- Review drawings and specifications to ensure work is completed correctly.
- Conduct subcontractor meetings and coordinate with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and ownership.
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project milestones.
- Manage punch list activities and project turnover.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor or developer builder.
- Proven experience delivering ground up multifamily projects valued at $50M+.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
- Experience managing multiple trades and self performed work.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA 30 required.
