Salary: $160,000-$195,000

Overview
We are seeking a Superintendent I to support field operations on a luxury multifamily project in Manhattan that has completed structure and is entering full interior build-out.

This role will focus on managing high-end residential interiors, amenity spaces, and final finishes in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Ideal candidates have strong experience delivering luxury or market-rate multifamily interiors in NYC.

Responsibilities
* Support day-to-day field operations focused on interior construction and finishes
* Manage build-out of apartments including kitchens, bathrooms, and unit interiors
* Oversee high-end finish trades (millwork, stone, flooring, cabinetry, etc.)
* Coordinate subcontractors and enforce sequencing to maintain schedule
* Assist with amenity spaces and common area interior work
* Ensure quality control across all finishes and unit deliveries
* Coordinate DOB inspections and maintain compliance
* Enforce site safety and maintain clean, organized interiors
* Support punchlist, turnover, and final delivery

Requirements
* 8-12+ years of NYC construction experience
* Strong experience with luxury or market-rate multifamily interiors
* Experience on projects in interior / post-structure phase required
* Strong knowledge of high-end finishes and detailing
* Ability to manage multiple trades in tight, schedule-driven environments

* NYC DOB Licensed Construction Superintendent REQUIRED

Preferred
* Experience delivering luxury rental or condo projects in Manhattan
* Experience with amenity and common area build-outs
* Experience working with top NYC developers or GCs
