VP of Supply Chain

The Role: This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

* Oversight of the entire Supply Chain department
* Implement cost savings programs through direct purchasing platforms
* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and manufacturers
* Regularly meet with Department heads to review RFP within each market
* Weekly communication with vendors and Construction PM's to stay current on workflow and issues
* Ensure the timely and accurate input of all information e.g., budgets, completion dates, etc. into relevant systems
* Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor to ensure field staff is appropriately stocked and inventory is tracked
* Lead the integration of vendor onboarding into our proprietary platform
* Onboarding new vendor relationships using the company process
* Track activity and KPI's to provide quality control support for vendor relationships
* Ongoing monitoring of vendor compliance
* Forecast vendor needs through ACQ pipeline and construction feedback
* Other renovation or vendor-related activities determined by your manager

Qualifications and Experience
* Min 3 years of work experience in a related position, preferably with vendor management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required
* Motivated self-starter
* Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment
* Flexible and able to effectively manage ambiguity and change
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
